SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped by applicable Licensed Retailers or Wineries. Title to such wine passes from the applicable Licensed Retailer or Winery to the Buyer upon the shipment of your order.
By placing an order, the buyer warrants that the wine is only for personal consumption and not for resale. Buyer warrants that they are at least 21 years of age and certifies that the shipment will be received and signed by a person at least 21 years of age.
Return & Exchange Policy
Orders placed online or purchased from a store may be returned to Vino Unlimited within 30 days from purchase. All refunds require a valid, government issued photo ID. If you do not have a receipt, you may exchange for other merchandise or in-store credit for the value of the item at the time of return. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and or packaging.
No returns after 30 days from purchase.

Without a receipt, Vino Unlimited will use the current price of the item to determine the refund amount.
All returns will be inspected for return validation, products that have been tampered with or utilized may not be eligible for return.
